Completed management of year-long ERP Software Implementation (COINS), first in the last 15 years for Southland Industries. This included oversight of data migration, functional testing, and training for our 250 ERP users. Project was completed on time and under budget.
Develop and manage annual financial business plan of Information Technology department. From January 2012 to December 2014 (3 years) Garden Grove, CAERP Implementation Selection Partner @ Managed comprehensive nine month selection process to replace Southlands ERP software system. Included analysis of critical processes for all major stakeholders including Accounting, Project Management, Service, Operations, and Business Development.
