IT Consultant @ Working as IT Consultant at the Kent IT Clinic as part of my BSc Computer Science degree. My role is as a IT Consultant more specifically I took a role as a Project Manager. As a Project Manager I manage team of IT Consultants whose role is to help Kent Start Up’s and Small Businesses implement comprehensive technology solutions in order to increase their profitability and online presence. I’m currently responsible for managing multiple stream projects - implementation of backup solution for Kent’s Small Enterprise and creating and reviewing Kent IT Clinic’s internal Change Management Process. My role was as a Business Analyst more specifically as part of IT Engagement team I cooperated with wide range of stakeholders (Service Delivery and Change Management) throughout system development lifecycle. I was involved in various IT Engagement activities such as managing delivery of System Plan (from initial analysis to deployment stage) to protecting BAU activities - Service Availability - ensuring high availability and resilience and rapid containment of material incidents and Service Quality - providing high and continuously improving IT service quality and operational risk reduction. I specialised in IT Charges ensuring optimal Cost Optimisation by making sure all functional areas deliver more productivity within their allocated IT budget, following Santander Group IT cost controls and by ensuring all IT costs are transparent. The placement run through the day-to-day activities of a bank based on a university campus and it gave me insight into the world of retail of banking.
