From November 2013 to December 2013 (2 months) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer @ Carrying out base maintenance and line work, with experience of heavy maintenance checks on Airbus A300, A330, A319, A320 and A321, Boeing 737, 757, 767. Whilst working at Monarch I also volunteered as part of their quick response team enabling me to work in time restricted AOG situations for third party customers in different locations around Europe. From November 2010 to October 2013 (3 years) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer @ Maintenance Checks on VIP corporate aircraft including, Embraer 135BJ - 145, Embraer ERJ170 - 190, Legacy 600 and Phenom 300. Work involved Rudder Removal, Structural repairs, Cable and pulley rigging checks, Fuel tank work and Air conditioning component replacement as well as routine maintenance. From September 2010 to November 2010 (3 months) Structural Aircraft Engineer @ Maintenance checks on King Air, Bombardier Dash 8 - 100, Q400, including prop change, landing gear change, seat track replacement, frame replacement, inspections and Cargo floor replacement. From June 2010 to August 2010 (3 months) Aircraft Mechanic @ Heavy base maintenance checks carried out on Jetstar’s fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft. Including galley removal and refitting. Engine servicing and component replacement, Primary flying control replacement and hydraulic system component replacement. From November 2009 to June 2010 (8 months) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer @ During my training with Monarch Aircraft Engineering I was able to work on a variety of wide body jets including Airbus A319/320/321 family, A300-600, A300-B4, A330, Boeing 737, 757 and 767.
I gained experience in the following areas:
Routine Engine work and engine replacements on RB211, CF6, CFM56, V2500, PW4000.
Safe working in Fuel tank areas including fastener and sealant replacement and repairs.
Routine servicing and lubrication of flying control components.
Complete Interior refurbishments to a high standard.
Landing gear overhaul.
A variety of structural repairs including skin patches,seat track replacements and carrying out service bulletins working from drawings and approved procedures.
Complete breakdown, service and rebuild of hydraulic systems.
Replacement and rigging of flight controls.
Familiarization using computer systems such as: Airnav, My Boeing Fleet, Airbus Online and AMOS. From November 2006 to June 2009 (2 years 8 months)
