During the last year I was in this role, I was asked to resolve the multiple challenges facing call center recruiting for 11 locations, hiring thousands of associates each year. During this 12 month period, we celebrated many successes including reducing 90-day attrition from 60% to the industry norm. These leaders come together, physically, three times per year to learn from each other, faculty members, and invited experts of specific topics. The members drive and influence the agenda for these events and come to these sessions to experience a "working" session as opposed to a conference event where a long list of speakers lecture and deliver presentations.
