Most recently at Bain, I spent 19 months as a Manager in our Private Equity Group, conducting over 25 due diligences on potential acquisitions for various funds across multiple industries, including Consumer Products, Healthcare, Industrials, and Chemicals. I have also led corporate due diligences, including valuation of synergies and assessments of business portfolios for several large mergers of public companies.
