I am a Business Account Executive in the Greater Atlanta Area who is passionate about Verizon Wireless and the network superiority with which we supply our customers. I am excited to represent an industry leading company, and I am passionate about helping businesses (like yours!) become more technologically advanced in all areas. Business Account Executive @ Sales Results: I meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring and retaining the accounts of small to mid-sized businesses. I generate new business in assigned territories through prospecting, networking, and generating leads and referrals. I identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of Verizon Wireless products and services. I recommend wireless solutions with regard to price plans, data and other enhanced services, handsets and accessories to my customers, and negotiate and close deals.
Customer Retention: I provide follow-up training for new customers, handle equipment issues, perform rate plan analysis, and explain billing and interact with our business support center on customer service issues. I maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn.
Ordering Processing and Reporting: I fully utilize all sales force automation, funnel management and prospecting tools. I'm responsible for completing contracts and report-generation including tracking and forecasting reports.
Training / Meetings: I continuously update my knowledge of wireless products, services, industry trends and the competitive dynamics of the marketplace. I participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings. I also represent the company at trade association meetings.
