Deniz is an endeavor entrepreneur focused on building innovative products. He has years of experience on building technology products and technical teams. He had been awarded with a number of technical and business awards. With VNGRS, he is now sharing his skills with product companies by building their own remote agile teams. In 2010, he co-founded SocialWire inc, a well funded SF based startup. SocialWire makes Facebook work for premium online retailers by powering social shopping experiences on their sites and advertising effectively on Facebook. SocialWire is backed by First Round Capital, 500 startups and others. Prior to SocialWire, he co-founded iletken, aka Convertale, a market leader recommendation engine provider which received global recognition and awards such as ACM RecSys08, Intel Challenge and had been choosen as an Endeavor company. His first venture at age 19 was ReklamGiy. A guerrilla advertising network based on the idea of allocating university students, to earn their stipends, by wearing advertisement printed T-shirts. ReklamGiy turned out to be one of the most successful businesses run entirely by college students. Between 2004 and 2009, more than 2500 students from all over Turkey had been involved in ReklamGiy. In 2006, as a college student, he produced and presented a travel guide TV program around Europe with 65 episodes which had been aired on national TV. He thought making a TV program was a cool idea but ended up hating it.
