Responsible to manage the Portfolio of projects related to sustaining investments, since the scope definition up to final handover to the client.
Previously supporting the Towell & Arcadis team on the development of FEED (FEL3) related to plant expansion in VALE Oman Industrial Complex, including the Constructability Analysis and review.
The construction of the plant started in 2009 and conclude in 2011 was a project above 1Bi USD, concluded in a very short period. The operation was started less than 2 years after the earthworks commencement. From June 2012 to July 2015 (3 years 2 months) Electromechanical Coordinator @ Electromechanical coordinator for the Vale Oman Industrial Complex Project, in Sohar/Sultanate of Oman.
This project was a green field project for a Pellet Plant, Yard Area and Port, sponsored by VALE with CAPEX above 1,5 billion USD.
Responsible for management of all electrical assembly and part of mechanical packages. From July 2010 to June 2012 (2 years) Planning Coordinator @ Responsible for coordinating the physical planning of the contract of TABR, Terminal Aquaviário of Barra do Riacho, a gas terminal owned by Petrobras in the city of Aracruz / ES.
Responsible to develop and follow up the planning and control for all disciplines like civil, mechanical/pipes, electrical/instrumentation and commissioning.
Responsible to manage contracts with service suppliers to ensure the scope, schedule and cost.
This contract was an EPC, with a value exceeding U.S. $ 230.000.000,00, where schedule was the biggest challenge beyond the normal challenges of an EPC contract. Responsible to manage Samarco's Mineracao S.A. expansion contract in Ubu´s site. This contract had more than 600 employees in the construction area and had as scope the mechanical assembly of conveyor belts, stackers, reclaimers, ship loaders and other industrial equipments.
Was responsible to manage the team that assembly the mechanical equipments of Brucutu´s Mine (a CVRD site). The scope of this project was 04 stackers, 03 reclaimers and more than 30 conveyors.
