BIM Manager @ As BIM Manager I am responsible for the strategic leadership and implementation of BIM throughout the Wates Group. My role in leading the Wates BIM plan requires the identification and development of business process and training, such that Wates is able to work proactively within a BIM environment; across all business units and disciplines. My background in Architecture and design is complemented by the technical skills and strategic perspective developed in the construction industry over the last eight years, providing a broad knowledge of all the actions required to roll out a BIM change management programme within Wates.
