As well as sponsoring the change, including Lean/Six Sigma projects, I also provided Leadership as Head of the Operation throughout. From May 2007 to June 2009 (2 years 2 months) Head of IT @ Responsible for all IT Change and IT Service in support of AXA Insurance Claims & Underwriting Business teams - notably during this time a strategic leading edge Claims platform was developed in house and Claims history from numerous other platforms was converted. From August 2005 to May 2007 (1 year 10 months) Senior IT Project Manager @ Delivered a number of IT Programmes of Change in support of AXA's Shared Services Business Teams including Finance & HR; IT Systems rationalisation for AXA Commercial Lines; Transition programme to in source UK based outsourced teams as well as further enhancing their offshoring profile. Also spent a period of time as Senior IT Service Manager in this period. From March 2002 to August 2005 (3 years 6 months) IT Project Manager @ Project delivery included software and infrastructure upgrades for Millennium; mobile technology rollout for field staff; configuration and rollout of new Scheduling automation tool (Jobtrac). During this period I was also a member of the Project Assurance team reviewing IT projects for AXA Insurance and making recommendations to support the project managers in delivery. From May 1998 to March 2002 (3 years 11 months) Various Admin and IT roles @ Worked my way from a temporary junior admin role in AXA through to a technical role in IT Operations in the Scheduling teams. I became a Team Leader and having been given the opportunity to take the lead in a specific project for the department found my passion for change delivery. This lead to a number of Project Co-Ordination opportunities which subsequently lead to successful appointment into role of IT Project Manager. From August 1981 to May 1998 (16 years 10 months)
