Destination Development @ From August 2015 to Present (5 months) Marketing & Business Consultancy (owner) @ From August 2009 to Present (6 years 5 months) VP Destination Development @ Responsible for renovating a financially distressed and vandalized 40-room beachfront hotel and restaurant on St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Oversaw all operations including construction management, general business and marketing endeavors. Managed construction crew of approx 10 contractors, + office and design staff, and Director of F&B for the restaurant along with full restaurant staff. Project was sold after restaurant opened and hotel renovation was 85% complete. Concurrently working on other redevelopment master plans and hospitality initiatives in the USVI for the investment group. From August 2014 to August 2015 (1 year 1 month) Virgin Islands (U.S.)Chief Marketing Officer/Creative Director @ Digital Propaganda is a full service marketing agency with the additional convenience of 4 print production facilities throughout central Florida. DP combines a design studio offering graphic art and conceptual design, a web studio developing cutting edge web sites and social media campaigns, and a marketing agency, offering not only creative direction, but fiscal budgeting to make your campaign work in a challenging economy. From 2014 to 2014 (less than a year) Orlando, Florida AreaBusiness & Brand Development @ Lisa was the Brand Development manager for IDEA, Inc - a Design/Build/Operate solution for Ports of Call focused on Caribbean cruise destinations. Business Development: Met with government ministers throughout Caribbean islands to present a PPP model for the development of cruise port and landside tourism destinations. Worked with developer to identify and develop ancillary businesses required for main project fulfillment

Cruise port and land side destination development in partnership with the BVI government, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Disney Cruise Lines, and other development partners. From February 2012 to February 2013 (1 year 1 month) Orlando, Florida AreaVP of Communications (Marketing) @ SoftRock is a technology company with 400+ employees, claiming fame to the fastest growing user website, Gigats.com - a national job matching service, which utilizes proprietary software to match job seekers with employers.
Hired to reorganize existing marketing & communications department and redefine objectives for department and tasks for each personnel. Managed staff of 9 employees to include copywriters, social media coordinator, customer service, public relations, photographer, videographer and graphic designers. From 2013 to 2013 (less than a year) Marketing & Sales Director / Operations Liaison @ Contracted by small builders/developers to work on multiple real estate development projects managing in-house sales & marketing departments for multi-family, mixed-use, and international resort, new-construction projects.
