I designed and prototyped the decisioning architecture and built and led a team of developers and data scientists as it was rolled out to production, working closely with the CTO and VP Engineering. The machine learning system used Reinforcement Learning. By acquisition, Causata had grown to a total of 45 people with 20 in the development team.
