You can view our roles on our website or feel free to reach out at [email protected] http://www.indeed.jobs/ From July 2015 to Present (6 months) IrelandRecruiter @ Recruiting for arvato onsite at Microsoft Ireland • Owner of end-to-end recruitment process, for both operational and support functions, ranging from entry level to senior management. • Passionate about providing a first class candidate experience. • Conducting phone, skype and face to face interviews as well as feedback sessions with candidates. • Managing high volume core recruitment levels with peak hiring quarterly periods. • Utilizing sourcing methods and employee referrals, especially for more difficult to fill positions. • Building connections with universities to help create brand awareness and assist with filling multi-lingual positions. • Build and develop relationships with all levels of management and various stakeholders within the business. • Working with Finance Director & Workforce Management Team for recruitment requests from the business. • Liaising with recruitment teams within our operations centres globally. • Supporting hiring managers throughout the hiring process. • Managing all administration and reporting elements of the role. • Collaborate with HR teams in both Sandyford and Eastpoint sites to implement best practice and process improvements. • Sending weekly newsletter to staff around new internal opportunities. • Maintaining the Recruitment side of the HR/Recruitment SharePoint.
