Senior Project Manager, Real Estate Development Services @ DCG Strategies Heads Education Advisory Services to assist +24 California public school districts and private schools to effectively utilize their real property assets to enhance their educational missions:-Serves as Development Manager for a North Bay school district to entitle a 10 acre, 53 unit project to be sold by the district upon approval of a Vesting Tentative Tract Map.-Acts as brokerage manager on the closings of four transactions of $6-15 million each, including completing CEQA and CA Department of Education approvals, in Napa and Alameda Counties. -Lead three 7-11 District Advisory Committees for school districts resulting in the legal surplusing and disposition of three properties. -Manages teacher housing development feasibility process for teacher workforce housing projects-Analyzes development potential of school properties including review of relevant General Plan and Zoning Ordinances, market studies, community feedback and historical uses of the site.
