I am a passionate, self-directed, young professional seeking to make an impact in my upcoming post-graduation career. In my short, but fruitful career so far, I have had unique opportunities working, studying, and pursuing my interests throughout a variety of experiences. To highlight a few, I have graduated with my B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering at the top 10% of my class. I have worked in 3 different roles during my time at Cisco Systems, Capital One Finance, and Kostal of America.
My experiences and accomplishments have been crucial in my development, however, as important as they may be, they are not the main highlight. These accomplishments are merely a manifestation of my unique set of strengths, skills, and qualities. This unique set of traits has allowed me to excel in my diverse set of previous roles; and it is what will allow me to consistently succeed in my future career regardless of where I am or what I am doing.

Business Leadership Program - Strategy and Analytics @ Member of 12-person inaugural class of the Strategy & Analytics Leadership Program. This 2-year program consists of 4 rotations across functions such as Business Operations, Corporate Development, Finance, and Sales Strategy.
First Rotation: Business Operations - Product Monetization (July 2015 - Present) From July 2015 to Present (4 months) Tauber Team Project - Consultant @ During this summer, through the Tauber Institute of Global Operations, I completed an operations project with my Tauber team for Kostal, a global automotive supplier headquartered in Germany.
My teammate and I designed, implemented, and piloted Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) for the North America Division, as well as created a variety of new processes and tools to drive savings of over $5M in the next 5 years. This experience can be split into 3 parts: Design, Implementation/Pilot, and Post-Project.
Design: Coming into this project, I had no previous knowledge about S&OP. I was able to learn very quickly in the short amount of time I was there to design and tailor a S&OP process for Kostal.
Implementation/Pilot: In the last 6 weeks of our project, we implemented and conducted a full pilot of our S&OP process. This was a great experience for me to hone my ability to navigate the soft-skill intricacies of the business world. We were able to motivate and convince key stake stakeholders to support the new S&OP process, and get individual participants excited about its potential.
Post-Project: A month after our projected ended, we checked back with Kostal to find that our recommendations were being implemented. They had filled 2 new roles that we had recommended, as well as implemented the decisions that resulted from the first S&OP pilot. From May 2014 to August 2014 (4 months) Queretaro, MexicoBusiness Analyst Intern @ I started my internship in Small Business Bank's Customer Strategy group working on a project to analyze customer trends, satisfaction drivers, and loan origins. However, after a mid-internship re-org, I lost my original project after being moved to a similar group within Consumer Bank. Despite these changes, I was able to identify opportunities to combine and improve the analytical processes of both Consumer Bank and Small Business Bank. I spent the remaining portion of my summer leading the initiative with my former team to redefine and integrate both analytical processes.
• Developed and automated new reporting functionality though an Excel VBA
application, reducing run time by 90% and enabling customer segment trend analysis
• Consolidated separated business processes and database requirements after a mid
internship re‑organization, which integrated and improved analytical processes within
the Consumer Bank Division From June 2013 to August 2013 (3 months) Washington D.C. Metro AreaIT Analyst Intern @ During my internship at Cisco, I reported directly to the director of an IT division, and worked with several cross-functional teams on 4 separate projects within the organization. I did extensive work in a variety of areas relating to the new product launch of Cisco Jabber which completely replaced Cisco's old WebEx chat client.
• Collaborated with Ciscoʹs potential electronics accessory vender, Jabra, to streamline operability with Ciscoʹs new product, leading upper management to change standard issued equipment to one that boasted better quality, appeal, and reduced costs by 30%
• Improved interoperability and usability between software clients by performing
functionality gap analysis, leading to consistent user experience on all devices
• Reduced support costs by enabling and establishing an online self/peer support system
• Designed and managed the development of a new software tool that anticipates service
issues for Ciscoʹs B2B Telepresence users, reducing setup time by 80% From May 2012 to August 2012 (4 months) San Francisco Bay Area
