I have focused my career on hiring software engineers at all skill levels. While primarily working for companies in their growth stages, I have had an opportunity to gain experience building engineering organizations and solving hiring problems to efficiently scale a hiring team. My favorite part of the job is hiring leadership talent and solving hiring problems.
I left LinkedIn to pursue part time contract work. Moving forward, I will be looking at positions which offer part time work from home and/or contingency hiring arrangements.
