From Lyft's breakthrough series, Undercover Lyft, to the ridesharing category's first national television spot, my team and I have consistently broken through the noise to drive significant business results.In addition to building the Lyft brand, I drove growth at Lyft across mobile, online and offline channels. My team and I managed all growth programs for passengers and work closely with the operations team to grow supply. From December 2014 to November 2016 (2 years) San Francisco, CAChief Marketing Officer @ Trulia (TRLA) Trulia is a leading online marketplace for home buyers, sellers, renters, and real estate professionals. As CMO, l led all consumer product and marketing efforts for Trulia, a public company until its acquisition by Zillow in 2015. On the consumer marketing front, I launched Trulia's first-ever national advertising campaign, "Moment of Trulia," across TV, mobile, digital and radio in Q1 2014. I also significantly expanded multi-channel user growth strategies across mobile, social, display, SEM and content marketing channels. These efforts led to a triple-digit increase in unaided awareness and a similar increase in year-on-year growth rates in traffic across Trulia's web, mobile web and online properties. Using extensive A/B testing, always on iteration and a deeper investment in analytics, I increased conversion rates and improved downstream LTV on leads for the agent business. I also led the product management and design teams through major product releases from a full re-design of the mobile apps, the re-build of the mobile web infrastructure and new, highly engaging features like a "discover" module and collaboration tools.
