I am a graduate from the University of California, Davis, class of 2014. I am ideally looking to work for a firm with passionate individuals who I can learn from, to exceed the goals of the company and challenge my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. I firmly believe that experience and the willingness to better oneself to help people is far more valuable than sitting in a classroom and passively learning. I enjoy media, interacting with people, team building, design, business, researching about people's preference (to anything), reviewing products/marketing, and technology-- but I am always open to learning more. Last but most importantly, I like to work in an environment where my bosses and colleagues that I interact with becomes good friends that always pushes me to improve my skills and constantly grow as a person.QA Tester @ I have written over 800+ detailed reports on any problems (i.e. localization, grammar, spelling, lore) with a 97% fix rate. I also check for any functionality issues and signs off on check requests to verify the issue has been corrected on the latest build. On a daily basis, I use programs and websites such as Redmine, FRAPS, movie maker, paint, Microsoft excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Skype for Business. Additionally, I have had the pleasure of leading the ESRB team for submissions and assisting the department head. Within six months of working, I was promoted to work with the manager in auditing everyone's tills and deposits, personally recording monetary details regarding total revenue, profits, expenses...etc. for our university's cashier's office. Additionally, I worked with a team to come up with ideas to further market our business on slow days and/or holidays. From March 2013 to August 2014 (1 year 6 months) Active Member & Group Trainer @ In addition to volunteering over 200+ hours within 6 months, I chaired and tracked service hours for everyone in the fraternity at a given time. I also attended the National Convention held only every 2 years, where I volunteered and participated in leadership workshops. Some of these workshops included Launch, Achieve, and Discover (three out of the five components of Alpha Phi Omega’s leadership development program). After I became an active member, I advised and led a group of pledges through their process to learn about Alpha Phi Omega's mission (to be of leadership, friendship, and service) with 100% passing and retention rate.
