I joined the company in early 2019 as a Junior Manager, Digital Transformation. My responsibilities include delivering Omnicard's digital customer experience platform, Omniture, to our retail customers. I am responsible for developing, implementing, and driving strategy for Omniture, including working with our product managers and stakeholders to disciple the platform to be the best it can be. I am also responsible for developing and driving the customer experince strategy for our contact centers, and partnering with customer service teams to ensure the best possible customer experience.
