For 4 years I worked almost exclusively in this medium, sometimes building small content management apps on LAMP to support the front ends. Mainly Flash based in the beginning, and as the Senior Programmer I was also an occasional tutor and mentor helping the rest of the team level up to Action Script 3. Later, as Flash declined in popularity, development focus shifted focus towards JQuery with Codeigniter PHP and the Facebook API.
