Kevin Minnelli is a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) with over 20 years of IT management and marketing experience and holds a Masters of Science from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to founding Eruptr, he worked as a consultant with Resonate Networks, an ad network in Alexandria Virginia which was formed by DDC Advocacy. His role with Resonate touched everything from campaign management and optimization to redesigning internal processes within the ad serving platform. Before Resonate, he was a senior project manager and manager of online advertising operations for Revolution Health, a Steve Case start-up in Washington DC, where he successfully designed and managed the largest health network on the web. In the past he also managed the Walt Disney online and offline marketing database, worked and successfully consulted for: USinternetworking, The National Institutes of Health, General Electric, Thomson Reuters, Citibank and Merrill Lynch. His vast consulting experiences and development and management of systems make him an excellent choice to design and manage Eruptr’s operation and optimization systems.

We offer performance based solutions that generate 3-4 times the click rates over a traditional banner campaign for the same cost. We create highly targeted dynamic search advertisements within Google, Yahoo and Bing that target the user at the exact "Golden Moment" of search. The proven results are more engaged users and lower overall campaign costs. From August 2009 to Present (6 years 3 months) Project Consultant @ Worked closely with the VP and Director of Advertising Operations to setup internal advertising systems and processes to integrate with the Adify Network advertising platform and acting as administrator of the current system.
Migrated all client tracking and recruitment efforts from Excel into Salesforce.com – created new work flows, procedures and design elements as well as technically administrating the Salesforce.com CRM system.
Designed and implemented a corporate wide Reporting and Dashboard platform to help CEO/COO make day to day decisions based on campaign performance. These reports used an earned value management style that helps determine in detail where each individual campaign stands as well as the publishers within the campaign. Extremely successful project which continues to be automated.
As a contractor, I continue to act in any technical capacity management sees as necessary. I have filled in as Director of Advertising Operations, Development Manager, Publisher Account Manager, Publisher Recruitment Manager as well as the go to Excel guru admin of various internal systems. Responsible for Advertising Operations team,DART for Publishers (DFP) Administration, 3rd party relationships (Atlas), daily performance reporting, operations strategy, monitoring and fine tuning over 500 million impressions a month and more than 50 unique campaigns to insure accurate and even delivery.
Managed advertising network into a highly scalable platform. Run rate campaign errors dropped from 60% to under 2% in the last year which dramatically increased Sales profitability and decreased Operations support effort. Campaign growth increased 5X during the same time period. Interfaced daily with SEO and SEM teams. From September 2006 to January 2009 (2 years 5 months) Program Manager for Walt Disney @ Manage large scale commercial Data Warehouse (~1TB) for Walt Disney. Responsible for all project deliverables, technical client communications and team of 3 SQL developers, Business Object developer, Campaign Specialist, a Database Administrator and several matrixed data processing staff and internal IT resources.
Provide overall project, resource planning/allocations and management for the Database Services system development and production projects using the Agile Scrum Development Process.
Instituted several enhancements including a SQL automation project that greatly increased the efficiency of data load times into the database which resulted in a 5 day reduction of monthly processing times.
