Utilized unique sourcing strategies including flip-searching and power-searching to identify top performers from industry competitors. Managed a requisition load of 20-30 open positions for multiple departments including risk, sales, marketing, operations, HR, and tech. From October 2014 to November 2015 (1 year 2 months) Technical Recruiter @ Assurity Staffing Group is an Information Technology staffing firm who facilitates the introduction of clients and talented IT individuals. Recruited for contract, contract-to hire, and direct hire positions which included software developers, business analysts, project managers, IT Directors, DevOps, Business Intelligence, and more. Utilize CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, and Google X-ray; created eye-catching job descriptions and maintained a unique sourcing strategy to attract and manage top candidates. From January 2014 to April 2015 (1 year 4 months) Senior Recruiter @ High-volume RPO and corporate recruiting Work with the client and internal hiring managers to develop annual and quarterly talent acquisition business plans that result in a competitive talent sourcing, screening, and interview process. Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end, including I9 compliance, reference/background checks and offer acceptance. Track all candidate progress and sourcing efforts in Taleo. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and consistently grow a solid pipeline of qualified candidates via social media, Boolean searches and job fairs.
