I lead discussions with strategic partners to identify new ways of monetizing each company's assets, structure potential agreements, negotiate terms, and manage the contract and redlines process with large multinational corporations. Post-signature, I shepherd the partnerships through the integration and implementation phase to market launch.

RHAPSODY INTERNATIONAL (launched internationally under the Napster brand)
• Structured global agreement under which Telefonica Digital would acquire an equity stake in Rhapsody International in exchange for growing Rhapsody’s user base in Europe and Latin America (see TechCrunch coverage below)
• Led the commercial and contractual process and launched Napster with Telefonica operating businesses across Europe and Latin America
• Led the divestment of Telefonica’s Sonora music service in Latin America to Rhapsody and successfully migrated Sonora’s hundreds of thousands of paying subscribers to Rhapsody
• Structured, negotiated, and drafted the Latin American regional partnership under which all Telefonica operating businesses in Latin America will adhere
• Led contractual process to make Napster the official music partner of Telefonica’s Open Web Device (partnership with Mozilla Firefox)
PINTEREST
• Led the first commercial partnership with Pinterest whereby Telefonica customers received exclusive access to the brand new Pinterest widget (see TechCrunch coverage below)
• Structured the global framework and distribution agreements and led the adherence process for each Telefonica operating business to participate
