Business Leadership Program - Global Sales Associate @ LinkedIn's Business Leadership Program trains associates in all aspects of LinkedIn's operations. A BLP-GS associate works in three organizations: Talent Acquisition, Customer Operations, and Sales, in order to grow leaders of the company from within.
As a BLP Associate in the Talent Acquisition Rotation, I work in the Campus Technical Recruiting Team to source candidates for entry-level and internship positions within LinkedIn's technical teams. LinkedIn seeks top talent domestically and globally to help build and transform our products in order to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. From July 2015 to Present (6 months) San Francisco Bay AreaProject Manager, Necto Nightclub @ Led a team of students to sponsor, plan, and promote special events at Necto - Ann Arbor's premier nightclub. I guided my team in the research and development of a membership loyalty program and helped grow the club's College Night through creative re-branding and promotional efforts, increasing weekly attendance and attracting new audiences to the nightclub. From September 2011 to May 2015 (3 years 9 months) Client Leadership Intern @ As a Client Leadership Intern at MARS, an industry leader in Shopper Marketing, I managed the development of an advertising campaign for Chobani’s new product launch and presented strategic recommendations to the client. Additionally, I assisted in the creation of a digitally integrated toolkit for influencing the millennial shopper and created several competitive analyses to support MARS clientele. From May 2014 to August 2014 (4 months) Ann Arbor FIlm Festival Intern @ Worked with the organization, promotion, and ad sales in support of the 52nd Ann Arbor Film Festival. communication, and target market analysis to ensure the time-sensitive execution of mailers
Devised and implemented strategy for routing and tracking customer leads, improving the flow of
leads from acquisition to pursuit by mortgage bankers From May 2013 to August 2013 (4 months) ReadyU Campus Ambassador @ Partnered with large-scale organizations on campus to distribute P&G products to targeted markets and promote the brand on-campus. To assist with this promotion I organized guerilla marketing efforts, integrated with relevant social media platforms, to generate top of mind awareness for the ReadyU brand and grow it's digital presence. From January 2013 to May 2013 (5 months) Marketing/Public Relations Chair @ Enhanced club marketing efforts through social media campaigns and distribution of campus advertisements in order to enhance student and corporate interest; resulted in 30% rise in membership and increased website traffic to over 10,000 views
Conducted outreach to potential sponsors and maintained prior sponsor relations to further develop and finance the club, providing an annual $600 sponsorship in addition to $2,000 of equipment. From September 2011 to April 2013 (1 year 8 months) Business Development Intern @ Assisted in the data organization and revision of a strategic bid package, resulting in its
presentation to a potential long-term partner in financial services
