Primary responsibilities include working with the Director and/or VP of Real Estate to provide a project pro forma for Real Estate Committee approval, develop lease language to establish the Landlord and Tenant work responsibilities negotiate and award guaranteed maximum price and lump sum contracts and manage the construction work of assigned national projects. • $48 mil development project in Honolulu, HI; 32,000 sf Walgreens store with a 3.5 level parking garage and substructure for a future 12 story commercial tower with over $4 mil of capital cost savings.• $24 mil retail center development in Bellevue, WA; 50,000 sf shopping center renovation with ground up construction of a Walgreens store end cap and warm grey shell for Trader Joes, AT&T, Golfsmith, and Oriellys with over $6 mil of return on invested capital.• $28 mil data center renovation in Mount Prospect, IL; renovation project to provide power and HVAC upgrades for N plus 1 back up.• $32 mil data center TI project in Northlake, IL with a second tranche scheduled to start in 2015.• $110 mil of Corporate Campus renovation projects during FYs 12 - 14.• $80 mil Ecommerce Distribution Center renovation for Drugstore.com acquisition which includes a 200,000 sq ft KIVA MHE system.
