Since joining Rational in January of 2012, Joseph has been a key driving force behind the company’s unwavering year-over-year growth performance, achieving over 20X top-line growth, a 10X increase in full-time employees and multiple top rankings for the fastest growing businesses in the Puget Sound region over the past three years. Joseph has also been instrumental in building the company’s enterprise client roster, which is rooted in deep partnerships and long-standing service engagements with numerous marquee national and global brands, including Microsoft, Acer, Amazon, Google, Cisco and the Seattle Seahawks.
Today, Joseph remains responsible for top-line revenue growth and oversees all business management and financial reporting frameworks for the company. He also provides management optics and optimization strategies to increase gross margin and bottom-line profitability. Beyond his role as a senior business leader, Joseph continues to provide strategic advisory for Rational’s largest clients.
Joseph is a Masters Merit graduate of the London School of Economics and a double-degreed summa cum laud graduate of Washington State University’s Honors Program. Outside of Rational, Joseph is an active entrepreneur and go-to-market coach for several businesses across the western seaboard.
