Senior Director, Corporate Design @ Within Honeywell's HSM business, I’m fortunate to lead the team of more than 25 designers, PhD & Masters-level engineers, and cognitive specialists providing product design, user experience design, and brand management across Honeywell's HSM global operation.
Over the last 15 years, we've developed some of the world’s best ruggedized mobile computers, RFID products, thermal printers, and handheld scanners. These products have redefined industry expectations and continue to support mission-critical operations within top businesses.
As a core leader, I also have focus on the voice of the customer processes (VOC), managing the company’s technology roadmaps, and cultivating a culture of innovation. While working at Teague, my role expanded to support their commercial offices. In addition to being a long-time partner of Boeing Aircraft, Teague also provides design and product development consulting to a wide range of clients. As a Senior Designer, I provided design deliverables, wrote proposals, defined project scope, managed multiple clients, led design teams, and managed program budgets.

Several of these designs have led to award-winning products on the road today; including VW’s New Beetle, Audi TT, and Audi Q5.
