In 2001, Jeremy started in the warehouse as a Manager Trainee at Sales Service Center #166, in Fort Lauderdale, FL. In 2002, he became the Administrative Manager at SSC193 in Miami, FL. In 2004, Jeremy became the SSC Manager for Fort Myers, FL. In 2005, he took over as the SSC Manager for West Palm Beach, FL. In addition to being the SSC Manager of West Palm Beach, in 2007, Jeremy also became the SSC Manager of Port St. Lucie. In 2013, Jeremy was promoted to the Director of Installation Products & Sales in Dallas, Texas where he presently resides. Jeremy's goals are to increase margins and profitability, while taking market share. Having promoted 5 of his own employees, he strives to challenge his staff, at both locations, to achieve their goals within our organization. Recently, 3 of his former employees were promoted with the organization. Formerly "from the Field" and now part of the Daltile Corporate Leadership Team, Jeremy's responsibilities include Sales, Operations, Strategic Development, Overall Profitability, Inventory Control, Cost Reductions, Product Analysis, Human Resources, Marketing, Business Development, Procurement, Organizational Communication, Problem Solving and Severe Multitasking.
