Leadership of the whole activities in the Cabin Interiors for Galleys, Monuments and Equipment, from Sales to After Sales (wall to wall).
This segment represents around 500 M€/ year of revenues, 4300 employees and 12 Business Units/Divisions. From June 2012 to Present (3 years 7 months) Managing Director, Galleys Europe @ Enabled the full potential of this division of Driessen, change culture and embedded a Continuous Improvement approach, managed a significant change in overall performance including financial (from negative or close to 0% EBITA to more than 25% for the last 2 financial exercises) and build strong teams that can sustain the future and the division's growth.
Additionally, during my tenure at Driessen, I have lead the A320 single source Galleys & Stowages contract negotiation representing over 1 Billion USD, and brought to a successful conclusion in March 2011, when the contract was officially signed between Airbus and Driessen.
Last but not least, I have been supported by great individuals, either already present or that I have hired, that I helped putting all their strengths in the same direction and at the service of the Driessen team, making a significant difference in this environment, ending up in receiving an award from Airbus in May 2012 of the best supplier's improvements.
