-> After the successful completion of a strategic change project, became Fund of Hedge Portfolio Manager reporting to the Global Head of Asset Allocation. The goal was to re-launch and manage their in-house fund of hedge funds aimed towards French institutional investors.
• Rationalised and developed the product range (funds merger & development), the investment process and selected external partners to improve fund sourcing & due diligence. On-going interaction with French financial authorities to obtain regulatory approval.
• Managed the two French fund of hedge funds, which included the bottom-up fund picking (quantitative screening, on-site due diligence), portfolio construction and client reporting

2) Fitch's Asset Management rating upgrade
-> Hired by the Executive Committee of Fortis Investments to help them obtain the Fitch Asset management “AA” rating to increase their visibility towards French and continental institutional investors across all expertise centres in Europe, North America and Asia.
• Defined and supervised the implementation of over 360 recommendations covering the Business structure (legal forms, value chain efficiency, IT, straight through processing, financial communication…), Risk management (market risk, audit, compliance and operational levels), Investment and Marketing best practices.
• Managed a transversal team of 8 spanning Boston, Paris, Brussels, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo & Shanghai
