I was responsible for promoting 5 B2C/B2B websites (SimplyToImpress, FreePrints, PhotoAffections, MyCustomCase, and CanvasWorld) through search engine (Google, Yahoo and Bing), shopping, display, mobile, video and retargeting ads, with a 7-figure annual budget. Results: (1) expanded search campaigns from several thousand keywords to nearly one million, reaching an 82% keyword coverage (the highest among competition); (2) explored innovative ways to market iOS and Android apps, reaching 10,000 monthly downloads in 3 months; (3) built the search channel as the hub of all channels (social media, email, TV, radio, billboards, print ads, etc.); (4) analyzed campaign and analytics data, conducted A/B testing to improve websites and landing pages (look and feel, site navigation, URL structure, page content, interlinking, conversion funnel optimization, etc.); (5) built an empirical attribution model for all channels; (6) increased search revenue from less than one-third to more than half of total revenue in 8 months; (7) increased annual search revenue by 280% and profits by 350% in less than 3 years; (8) fostered awesome working relationships with our account teams (Google, Yahoo and Bing).
