I also provide on-going support / complaint / positive feedback escalation for all divisional Service Delivery Managers. The Security Watchdogs main focus is Pre-Employment Screening & Vetting solutions operated on a Country, Regional or Global basis. Working with a wide range of market leading companies across all business sectors, I am always interested in networking with people and organisations interested in Screening, Referencing and Vetting or alternatively anyone involved in hiring, recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, business process outsourcing (BPO) or Human Resources. The Security Watchdog Screening Bureau : * Holds ISO 9001:2000 certification to include BS 7858 and BS 7499:2002. * Is a founding member of NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) * Is a registered Umbrella Body of the Criminal Records Bureau and Disclosure Scotland * is fully compliant with the UK Data Protection Act, European * Data Directive and all International Privacy Laws * Has Committee Representation on the BSI Review Panel in respect of BS 7858:2006 * Has dedicated Quality Representatives throughout the organisation If you feel you have a requirement for Screening Services through The Security Watchdog or you are currently looking/changing your current supplier and wish to discuss your options that are available to you, then please do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] From April 2013 to Present (2 years 9 months) Service Delivery Manager @ My role within The Security Watchdog is to manage a select portfolio of client accounts to include service delivery and client relations with the aim of delivering service excellence and continuous improvement. In addition, I provide a point of contact for client queries, following them through to resolution and to ensure the section remains commercially viable. I also provide on-going support / complaint / positive feedback escalation for a team of screening executives .
