Advisor Open Data Research Programme @ Exploring the possibility to develop an open/useful data research programme, together with KennisCentrum Open Data TUDelft and Rijkswaterstaat/VU. There is an explosion of data in our society and the challenge is to use and combine those data. Issues are, amongst others: standardization, privacy and governance. Open data is still a young scientific area and science may help to find answers. At the moment we are looking for organisations who have a strategic stake in this subject and are interested in becoming part of the consortium to develop a programme together. From May 2015 to Present (8 months) Advisor Spearhead International GeoSamen / "Handelsmissie" Smart Cities @ Elobaration of the spearhead International of the vision GeoSamen with Kernteam GeoSamen International. Research results by trainee. Organizing expertsession together with RVO and Alliander for a trade mission (technology and innovation) on smart cities and geo-information. The goal is to improve the (inter)national network for international business on geo-knowledge and products. From May 2014 to Present (1 year 8 months) Director @ Responsible for the new Stichting BIM Loket, organized together with knowledge institutes buildingSMART Benelux, CROW, Geonovum, SBRCurnet, STABU, [email protected] in de Bouw/ETIM and the Building Information Council (BIR). BIM is Building Information Model(ling)/Management. The advantages of BIM are: building in a more efficient way, faster and more profitable with higher quality. The goal of BIM Loket is broader implementation of BIM in the Dutch building sector via open BIM standards. BIM Loket has a connecting role. BIM Loket focuses on: one front-office for communication about open BIM standards to all types of users, more adoption of the open BIM standards, harmonizing the Dutch open BIM standards on (inter)national level and integral management of the open BIM standards and more connection between the knowledge institutes. From January 2015 to Present (1 year) Secretary European BIM project for CEDR @ Secretary of the strategic European BIM project for CEDR (Conference of European Directors of Roads), via Twynstra Gudde Interim Management. see also www.cedr.fr From 2013 to Present (2 years) Owner @ Company on programme- /process management and management consultancy in complex networks. Jacqueline Meerkerk Management is oriented on the field of (geo) information and the spatial surrounding, e.g. the built environment, agriculture, smart cities. As our society becomes more and more a network society, I believe that collaboration will become much more important. Building and management of collaboration networks with societal impact is the core theme of my company. I'm active in both innovation and implementation networks.

From August 2009 to Present (6 years 5 months) Proces manager @ Coordinator of the process for the ending of the GBKN (Grootschalige BasisKaart Nederland) -organization consisting of the national Foundation and Foundations per province. The organization will be ended because of the new base register BGT (BasisRegistratie Grootschalige Topografie). I will act as the point of contact for the Boards of the different Foundations for the GBKN. A plan of action has been made together with the team. At the moment the process is on hold - waiting for the fulfillment of the BGT. The work will be starting from 2016 and further. I was also procesmanager for the establishment of three of the provincial GBKN Foundations years ago. From September 2010 to Present (5 years 4 months) International strategy @ Develop an international strategy with GIN, for better use of the international infrastructure and clarification of the role of GIN in GeoSamen International From April 2015 to July 2015 (4 months) Interim Managing Director @ Role as interim managing director of Stichting Next Generation Infrastructures; secretary of the Board and management of the programme office. Procesmanager for the accomplishment of the Bsik-programme Next Generation Infrastructures (delivery of audit report for 40 M Euro and final report) and preparation of the ending of the organization. The delivery was successful with the approval of the subsidy by RVO. From October 2014 to March 2015 (6 months) Assistant Programme Manager BIM for Building Information Council (BIR) @ Via Twynstra Gudde Interim Management I support the programme manager of the national BIM programme of the Building Information Council (BouwInformatieRaad, BIR). See also www.bouwinformatieraad.nl. In this role I act as secretary of the programmebureau BIR, chair of the programme team and secretary of the IT Cluster for open BIM Standards. From January 2013 to December 2014 (2 years) Advisor Maps4Society @ The new research and innovation programme Maps4Society is developed as a spin-off of the ICT Innovation Platform Geo (IIPGeo). Together with the sector and with Rijkswaterstaat as a sponsor we created a new and innovative cooperation. The programme has been developed in cocreation: in dialogue with the government, companies and research institutes. The consortium consists of Rijkswaterstaat, Kadaster, the Netherlands Space Office, NCG and is cofinanced by STW. Before the start of the programme I acted as a procesmanager to create the cooperation. Now the programme has started, STW is responsible for the proces and my role is advisor. From January 2013 to December 2014 (2 years) Accountmanager alliances Port of Rotterdam and Alliander @ Accountmanager for the development and realisation of alliances with stakeholders: Next Generation Port Infra, powered by Maasvlakte2 (Port of Rotterdam) and Empowering Networks (Alliander). In these alliances we created a research portfolio via cocreation. See also www.nextgenerationinfrastructures.eu From August 2010 to September 2014 (4 years 2 months) Platformmanager @ Developing a network to stimulate innovations with geo-information and ICT. Together with GeoBusiness Netherlands I set up a network in the triangle of knowledge institutes (including education) - government - companies. We initiated contact with the topsectors, the ICT Scientific network and NWO and STW. The new research and innovation programme Maps4Society is one of the spin-offs of IIPGeo. In April 2014, the IIPGeo platform was anchored in the new organization of GeoSamen. GeoSamen is the new vision for the geo-information sector; a topteam and strategic platform has been formed. See also www.geosamen.nl From October 2010 to April 2014 (3 years 7 months) Manager for the alliance between TUDelft TBM and Royal HaskoningDHV @ Projectmanager and 'dialog'-manager of the alliance between TU Delft, Technology, Policy and Management and Royal HaskoningDHV. They recently signed an agreement to collaborate on the virtual design and building process of the future. In RGI more than 250 companies, government , universities and knowledge institutes work together on the spatial data infrastructure and on usage of geo-information. RGI had a total budget of about 42 M Euro (of which 20 M Euro subsidy) and a project portfolio of about 100 projects. The impact was a sustainable knowledge network and a more user oriented sector.

Also project leader for implementation of GIS and software for technical maintenance at municipalities for roads, drainage, green, and so on. Besides that, also projects on communication and knowledge management. As a projectleader responsible for realisation of geodetical projects (GBKN and other).
