HRD @ I provide continuous support to the regional HR manager and the local HR department staff in planning, controlling and processing recruitment, training, performance appraisals, as well as HR & GR daily process and services. From March 2009 to Present (6 years 10 months) Senior Manpower planning in charge @ I participated with all department managers to assist in forecasting and planning the minimum required manpower to efficiently run all the business functions of the company, including the functions of sales and showrooms, maintenance work-shops, warehouses, spare-parts and all the back office support departments. Work required analyzing the training needs and preparing the training and manpower budgets. Work also required managing the performance of the recruitment agents and the performance of the training centers, in & out of KSA. From June 2008 to February 2009 (9 months) Account Manager @ I managed the executive recruitment transactions for all assigned clients. My work assignment included preparing, signing and recording all service agreements. Work scope required the on-going provision of suitable candidates to clients, arrangement for interviews, psychometric testing & personal profiling, follow up issuance of job offers from clients and delivery of job-offers to candidates. Work entailed ensuring continuous customer-satisfaction and flow of business and collection of service fees. From January 2007 to May 2008 (1 year 5 months) Consultation & development @ I provided advices and services related to business planning and business development. Work included organization structuring, development of salary scale and marketing research for sales & products. I provided consultancy services on part-time basis related to HR policy/procedures, organization development, HR training courses. I have also assisted the owner in re-solving daily management problems, From February 2005 to December 2006 (1 year 11 months) Admin –Development HR specialist @ I assisted the HR manager to develop the company's HR policies/procedures manual. I have also participated with the management-committee in developing the organization structure of the company. I worked close with the HR manager to develop the job descriptions and job evaluation of all positions of the company. From January 2003 to February 2005 (2 years 2 months) PERSONNEL MANAGER @ DCA is a government charity organization founded to attend to the needs and welfare of the disabled children in KSA. I managed the recruitment process and new employees' orientations. Work included developing job descriptions, managing the employee performance appraisal and analyzing the training and development needs. I have also provided administrative and corporate assistance to resolve expatriate employee's problem. I have also participated during DCA public events. From January 1999 to March 2003 (4 years 3 months) ADMINISTRATION MANAGER @ I managed the recruitment transactions, new employee orientations and the employee relations functions. I also provided corporate assistance to all expatriate employees with governmental problems or issues. From January 1998 to March 1999 (1 year 3 months) PERSONNEL ASSISTANTS @ I assisted the personnel manager in updating the HR-oracle data-base, including processing of time cards and payroll, I also assisted in coordinating the medical insurance services and complaints.
