Senior Technical Coordinator Senior Technical manager (housing) From August 2015 to Present (5 months) Recruitment Consultant @ I returned to Adecco as i quickly realised that recruitment was what i enjoyed the most and what i excelled in. I returned to the Southend branch where i had received my training previously.
My role involves using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
Working towards targets that relates to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated;
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts
Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates and employers;

As part of my role as manager for the event I oversee all the logistics as well as head up the sponsorship.

Licklist is a new and innovative social media platform whereby people could connect and share images, reviews and thoughts on the nightlife and events based in the UK.
As Client Liaison my role was to Promote, sell and Liaise with Venues in the UK who have a directory page with Licklist.co.uk.
My general duties included business development, in-house as well as field sales and general account management.
I managed my own desk which included mapping out target areas and business' as well as creating and delivering sales pitches.
I also managed the client payment from admin to invoicing to chasing any outstanding debt. From November 2012 to August 2013 (10 months) Southend on Sea, United KingdomBar manager @ I managed Villamoura's most popular bar/restaurant on the marina for 2 years.
In this time I doubled the profit year on year and moved us from 27th to 4th on Trip Advisor.
My main duties included stock control, staff management and rota as well as meeting with suppliers and general management of the bar.
I also arranged the entertainment for the evenings. I often head hunted popular bands in the local area and booked them nights in our establishment.
This was a very challenging role and I often worked 7 days a week covering front of house. From January 2010 to August 2012 (2 years 8 months) Sales Executive @ I trained with Club la Costa at their head office in Spain when I first left the UK.
I worked as a TO as well as in house sales.
I moved to a new resort in Portugal soon after and worked during the day both in-house and as a TO.
I also covered credit management 1 day a week.
When CLC closed in Portugal I worked for Thompson Holidays conducting the new arrivals morning meeting. During this time I also worked for a new timeshare company in Vilamoura and conducted the sales for this after covering the morning meeting. I also worked for a local excursion company and sold these at the morning meetings as well.
I held 4 jobs in my time at Portugal and worked from 10am to 4am 6 – 7 days a week. From April 2010 to March 2012 (2 years) mortgage admin/credit management @ I started this position as Mortgage administrator.
Throughout the 2 years in this company I covered administration from completion through to sale. This included providing statements, quotes, dealing with ground rent and property management.
I worked overtime to learn redemptions, insurance, possession and credit management.
I worked 2 days in credit management as well as over time chasing payment for arrears.
If payment wasn’t made I instructed field counsellors and so on through to repossession. This was a more challenging an interesting role for me and I was due to be promoted however I was made redundant in 2010 From 2008 to 2010 (2 years)
