Started on a small team tasked with re-imagining a dated web application built incrementally over many years on the Microsoft C#/SQL Server stack. We decoupled the front-end by rebuilding everything past the API layer from scratch. Over the course of a year we launched a beta to 6,000 users and followed that with a public release at the annual DocuSign Momentum conference in March 2014. My role included building out the home page, preferences pages, first-use experience, account billing/management, and integrating with third-party cloud storage providers. This would require vetting new API endpoints, writing automated tests, and bringing visual design psd files to life with pixel perfection. I would later take on reporting, a/b testing, and instrumenting Mixpanel analytics across multiple products/teams. Currently working on internationalization. Among winners at two consecutive DocuSign internal hackathons with projects focusing on improvements to the document tagging experience.
