What makes website visitors tick? I grew up with the birth of the web and felt a lot of the same frustrations and pains that many visitors still experience today when browsing sites. I think about how to improve experiences for website visitors and I ask lots of questions. Why did this work? Why didn’t that work? Why are we seeing this trend? Why would that cause this? It’s the curiosity, the desire to help visitors achieve their goals and the fascination with how people behave that compels me to be part of the website optimization field. It’s the part of marketing which can be measured and it’s the part that really cares about people.
As a ConversionXL certified web optimizer, and with experience in travel, eCommerce, small business, event, non-profit and technology industries, I have the knowledge and skillset to help businesses improve their visitors’ experiences.
