I am seeking a new opportunity in the San Francisco Bay area. As an employee benefits and HRIS professional with over 20 years’ experience, I have managed staff of between 1 and 25 people throughout my career. I have been heavily involved in the negotiation of benefit contracts with vendors directly, as well as with brokers. I have created SPDs, managed ACA compliance and both self and fully insured plans. I have been project lead on multiple benefit conversion (health/welfare/retirement) and many acquisitions. I have personally led four HRIS conversions and been a functional lead in two. I have a firm commitment to superior customer service and I strive to develop that quality in all staff within my purview. My ideal position would be a strong mix of both benefits and HRIS management in a medium to large sized company.
