Her extensive educational background in Nutrition (Bachelor of Science, University of Texas) and Health Promotion Management (Masters of Science) coupled with real-world experience gives the competitive advantage and solid insight that is instrumental to the desired successes of her clients and client partners. Recently serving as SVP of Strategy and Product Development for Viverae, she specialized in bringing innovative new products to market and developing strategic partnerships for the organization. Prior to joining Viverae, she served as the Director of Health Risk Management for Lockton Dunning Benefits. Her four-year tenure spawned the Health Risk Management Department and its subsequent initiatives. During this stint, she consulted with more than 200 employer groups about their health promotion strategy. Hayley is an accomplished speaker and has presented to groups such as the Executive Healthcare Network, The Society for Human Resource Management, American Business Women’s Association, the Professional Women’s Forum, and was a featured speaker for the Methodist Hospitals Women’s Heart Health events. She is a Certified Health Education Specialist, a member of the Society for Nutrition Education, the National Speaker’s Association, and the Slow Food Organization. She is a Cooper Institute Certified Health Promotion Director, and a Certified Wellness Program Director from the National Wellness Institute. Her passion is to help individuals, families, and companies create and maintain a healthy culture.
