About Hayley Adkin

📖 Summary

I consider myself to be a positive, intelligent individual who embraces and utilizes change to broaden my skills set and experience. I learn exceptionally quickly and proof of this is how quickly I have progressed within my previous roles, each time starting the team with no prior experience before fast becoming the top performer. My main areas of experience are operations, electronic banking, technical support and project management. In these areas I have managed to rapidly developed my skills and knowledge during my time at The Bank of New York Mellon, SEB, CashFac, Barclays and Bank of America. My long term goal, is to consistently build my skills set to enable me to add value to the service I provide to the customers I encounter, continue to grow at a fast rate professionally as an individual and acquire new skills. I have not set myself a career goal, as I believe you should always aspire to do better and should not put a cap or limitations on your aspirations by deciding on fixed career goals. During my time at Barclays I scoped, planned, implemented and project managed the transition of a broad range of cash management products including but not limited to SWIFT, virtual banking technology, bulk cash, branch based products and BACS across a diverse corporate client base. I managed multiple singular projects up to a value of £1.5 million and was highly commended on the projects I had successfully completed.
