Hi! My name is Harry and I'm a DevOps engineer who gets paid to do his hobby. Initially, I started with Cisco networking and have found my way up the stack over the years to do what I do now which is to work on web infrastructure.
My varied job history stems from trying to find a role that scratches the many itches I had. Now though, I find myself enjoying a new focus on the broad, ever-changing landscape of web infrastructure. I have no intention of leaving my current role and my plan is to keep enjoying the tech in a place where it's constantly changing and challenging. You should see some of our deadlines....
At home, I like to dabble with other techy things like home automation(z-wave), photography, 3D printing and also some php development on the side. Outside of my technical hobbies, if you put me on a road with some trainers I'll probably run down it and if you give me a book, I'll probably read it.
