They support more than 2000 people at any one time and work throughout England and Wales and employ over 4000 members of staff. From November 2014 to April 2015 (6 months) Europe HR Services Intern @ HR Administration
- Completing requests for references and other ad hoc enquiries in a timely manner,
- Coordinating the Europe Offices quarterly audit cycle relating to visas, bonus eligibility, training attendance and tribunal data – obtaining relevant data from Associates and HR Generalists within the required time frame, providing updates to the Director of HR Services.
Talent Acquisition
- To support the Europe Offices HR Team in the posting and management of vacancies.
- Monitoring the recruitment processes, ensuring any delays or issues are escalated to the appropriate HR Generalist
- Undertaking basic screening of applicants as required
- Liaising with applicants to ensure they are informed at each stage of the recruitment process
- To administer the new hire process for all new starters and promotions in the Europe Offices. This includes, hiring into HR System (Peoplesoft) obtaining references, security clearances and issuing contractual offer letters and new starter packs
- Creating personnel files for all new hires, ensuring compliance before distributing to relevant office location
- To initiate the onboarding process for all new hires to the Europe Offices
- Provide weekly update reports to the Director HR Services for all active postings and their status From November 2013 to November 2014 (1 year 1 month)
