Graduating from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study in 2003 with a degree in Design & Planning, Guido Campello joined Cosabella after working as a Sales and Marketing director for a Japanese distribution company. Upon returning to the United States in 2006, he became VP of Branding and Innovation and then the VP of Sales, as well as, Branding & Innovation at Cosabella. In 2014 Guido Campello took over as Cosabella’s CEO and in 2015 he was inducted to The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc. (CFDA). Based out of the New York Flagship Store/ East Coast Sales office, he directs global strategy for sales distribution, marketing initiatives, and product development. He also manages all exclusive design collaborations.
Cosabella, a family owned Italian lingerie company, was founded in 1983 by Ugo and Valeria Campello. The intimate apparel company got its start, and initial recognition, with the design of bodysuits in the mid-eighties. Renowned for their comfortable, colorful and diverse collections, Cosabella has extremely loyal, almost fanatic, customers. Today, most of Hollywood’s hottest celebrities wear Cosabella and fashion magazines, movies and television programs regularly feature it. The company headquarters are located in Miami, FL and the products are manufactured in Italy using the highest grade fibers to create a fine blend of American design and Italian craftsmanship.
Cosabella is now in its second generation, with children Silvia and Guido Campello leading the company celebrating over 30 years as family run lingerie brand. Cosabella has collaborated with Paul & Joe, Erin Fetherston, Urban Outfitters, J.Crew, Carmen Marc Valvo & Sex and the City on exclusive collections. The brand has also created extension lines Cosabella Lusso, Love, Cosabella, Cosabella Amore & CSBLA offering the customer a diverse product mix.
