He also leads the Consumer & Commercial Finance Sector for the Americas. Greg comes to Heidrick & Struggles with more than 20 years of executive search experience. Greg specializes in consumer & retail banking, cards, payments, commercial banking and all aspects of insurance with functional expertise in the area of corporate officers. He has recruited members for boards of directors, CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior management positions. Clients regularly engage him to conduct international assignments, leveraging his experience in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Greg was a managing director of another global executive search firm where he held a variety of leadership roles in their financial services practice including co-head of their consumer financial Services & payments practice, member of their insurance practice and member of their training & development committee. He also served as a senior member of their financial officer and human resources practices. Greg began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior accountant and worked with a variety of clients in the financial services, real estate, technology and consumer sectors.
