Software Test Group (2006-2008) ----------------------------------------------- • Project lead developing a test automation system for satellite STB receivers using the NI LabVIEW platform. Created a multithreaded component framework, then trained test technicians how to rapidly generate test case modules which can be combined in any sequence across multiple iterations. • Led a small team creating database and web applications for a test automation system to manage source data, test results and metrics reporting of daily software builds • Test Lead for the ViP222 STB satellite receiver's factory software – directed test case & test plan creation, established an iterative SDLC for test execution of weekly builds, and instituted weekly meetings between the developers & testers to facilitate more open communication.
