Gavin is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner for Futurestep’s TalkTalk RPO responsible for our Business Partners in the North West and also end to end recruitment, sourcing and delivery of talent across TalkTalk Business.
Gavin started his recruitment career working for Computer People sourcing technical requirements before transitioning over to the RPO business Hyphen, managing key relationships. Key focus on building relationships in technology and business whilst reducing time to hire with the direct sourcing model in place.
