Upon starting with Culligan International, the first project I was placed on was to implement a new Applicant Tracking System (Ultipro) and convert from the current Applicant Tracking System (Taleo). I worked with a team of 3 over the course of 3 months developing the ATS accustomed to our recruitment team and led the online training module for all Corporate Owned Dealerships in the United States and Canada.
