I have been working for Oracle as an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) since mid-2015. I am your resource for Higher Education Human Capital Management (HCM) products in the Midwest Territory specifically Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan.
Previously, I have been employed by Custom App Ventures L.L.C. My role as Project Manager allowed me to work in technical environments in addition to selecting & implementing complex software to solve problems. Prior to Custom App Ventures I worked for Kronos, where I took full advantage of working for another software market leader. Kronos excels at innovation and is the world leader in timekeeping software. I was stationed in Indianapolis for 2 years. During this time, I was able to implement & consult onsite and remotely. I would implement Kronos software by consulting with customers and providing the industry standard best practices for timekeeping and workforce management systems.

As the Lead Project Manager, I am responsible for meeting timelines, staying within budget, and assuring overall team chemistry. I focus on putting my team members in the best position to succeed. The promotion also led me to a centralized team in the Midwest focused on Healthcare.
I maintained the same responsibilities from the previous position along with the assignment of lead consultant on several new projects. I managed the timeline of each project along with all customer interactions using my expertise during Attendance and Leave Assessments. During my time as Application Consultant II there were two project members that were responsible for reporting to me. The first was the project manager who handled billing and the second being a junior consultant. The junior consultant was mentored by me and trained during the completion of the product build and test phases.
My position of Application Consultant II made me responsible for the overall success of the entire project and completion in accordance with timelines and federal regulated guidelines.
