• Launched a new business plan restructuring operations, increased YoY turnover & profits.
• Led & won advertising bids for Regency Casino, Turkish Airlines and 8 Greek Municipalities. From March 2011 to Present (4 years 9 months) Project Manager, Board of Directors Member @ Supervised a two-person team that identified, evaluated and developed investments in the Balkans renewable energy sector. • Designed and conducted a monthly interactive competitive research report. Evaluated creative and technical aspects of competitors’ campaigns. Identified new areas that competitors used for online advertising and provided an extensive implications report.
• Prepared a monthly group-wide detailed financial and web-metrics report for Baileys, Jose Cuervo and Thebar.com. Analyzed monthly statistics and suggested new implementations to increase consumer awareness and engagement. Reports helped in fine-tuning marketing techniques and increased consumer engagement more than 35%.
• Administered the Welcome Email and Holiday Email (monthly) program for Thebar.com. Ensured timely delivery of materials to the appropriate departments (Creative, Legal) and enforced strict time schedules.
