I have had the opportunity to work with some of the top Fortune 500 companies. I am used to dealing with C Level Executives and their IT Infrastructure people to develop implement and eventually train their people how to use the website CMS applications once they were implemented. At Vignette I worked implementing their CMS Portal application. This put me onto projects like The American Red Cross, Fox Business News, California AAA, HMA, UT Southwest, NBC iCue, the Travel Channel, PepsiCo, Grant Thornton, and GE Money. While with another company PFSweb I worked on WalMart, Sam's Club, HP, Mobility, Smithsonian, and Roots. I love building interactive web applications using a CMS or a custom coded application. My expertise is such that I know what is involved in building a site from the ground up. From knowing how to read web logs to discern user activity, to analyzing analytic databases all the way to implementation and user testing. I am a skilled at documenting and developing user flow models, product maps, interaction concept sketches, wireframes, mockups, and testing prototypes, all the way to the Highest levels of Digital Strategy. I have collaborated with developers, design firms, design teams, user experience, product, and development teams to proactively gather and understand stakeholder and end-user needs in order to create the best user experience possible.
